How can you provide such low prices?
We own our own data center. The main costs to us is support, bandwidth and electricity. Space is not a concern. When you see those low prices you are mainly paying for the bandwidth.

What kind of support do you offer?
We offer limted support. We ensure functionality and accessability of your accounts and services. We do not provide support on third party scripts and programs and how to install them. We can provide you additional support for additional fees.

I've seen lower prices elsewhere, why you?
They will likely go out of business or will raise the rates on you. Nobody can offer prices lower than this and provide such great service that we do. We can offer a price match if the company seems to be stable and efficient.

What is your history?
We are run by people who have been in the hosting industry since it's start. We are very experienced. Rack64.com was formed in 2003 to address the needs of a low cost international hosting service that offers high performance and many features.

How is your security?
We take pride in our security. We are excellent system administrators who are very experienced, we know security. We have delt with security in the past and we all know we learn from our mistakes. We keep you secure.
